Zombie Slugking - Final

So here is the final of a birthday gift for my friends recently turned 12 year old!

The character is a nickname of my friend's kid because of the spelling of his name and I think an autocorrect mistake which stuck as a joke with him. Last year I drew him a scribbly cartoon which he liked more than I expected and it's now one he uses on different places. So I thought: y not try make it 3D? And make him some super cool minecraft-like armour? With his Hogwarts house emblem? And a zombie? (Because plants vs zombies is all the cool right now apparently)  

And damn did I learn a lot of what not to do for next time!! Like not underestimating the amount of time it takes to so something like this and frantically trying to finish it at the last minute and not being able to add more details as you wanted to

The little figure is still missing a minecraft-like sword and a red flappy cape, but will get those done eventually!

Overall estimate around 14 hours work, spread over 5 days.

Sadly the cheaper polymer clay was extremely sticky and mixing it with actual branded stuff didn't entirely change its consistency.

All lessons for next project though
